A 1903 Act required that the Secretary of State prepare a county-by-county list of corporations created prior to 1903. Probate Judges from each county were required to send an alphabetical list of corporations from their county to the Secretary of State to be recorded in his master book. This large bound volume is that record. It covers corporations from 1880 to 1903.
